Who is Ashley?
Ashley Bradspies has been actively teaching horsemanship since 2009. First led into the relationship based training world by the Parelli Natural Horsemanship program after dreaming of a Black Stallion type relationship with her childhood pony. After graduating to teaching, she has continued to grow her own knowledge base by taking clinics each year with a variety of instructors.
Ashley has explored many different sports in the equine industry over the years. Everything from cows, obstacles, eventing, fox hunting, riding race horses, classical dressage and working equitation.
This gives her a unique flavor of experience to direction the foundational training towards competition in many different veins.
In addition to the variety in disciplines, she has studied the connections and biomechanics from the rider side of things with Mary Wanless and the French Classical theory.
Growing up riding, it was always Ashley's passion to find the best way to communicate with her equine partners. She dreamed of the kind of relationship seen in movies, and has since learned the pathway there in reality
Ashley has spent years following her dream with horses, learning to build relationship and connection, so she can share it with you now. Teaching has become her true passion, and sharing this knowledge with students is what drives her to keep learning more ever day!
